Important Info From Kelley



Here is the order for the Closing Concert from Michael Helman.

Crown Him with Many Crowns
The Staff of Faith
Meditation on Beautiful Savior
You Raise Me Up
Les Miserables


Don’t forget:
Each participating choir is asked to:

  1. Help with refreshments by bringing:
    Two (2)—3-liter drinks
    Two Dozen cookies OR something salty
    Veggie Tray OR Fruit Tray OR a breakfast snack for Saturday morning.
  2. Bring a poster telling about your group.  (Pictures, bulletins, programs, fundraisers, activities in which you have participated, etc.)   The posters will be displayed during the Festival and Concert.

Please have food on ready-to-serve plates or trays.



Remember to bring your own music stands, pads, covers, mallets, gloves, chimes, and BELLS!

There will not be a nursery available during rehearsals or the closing concert.

Children should be supervised at all times.

We want to be welcomed guests at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church. It is important that we take care of their facility!

If you have anyone in your choir who is a nurse, can administer CPR, or handle basic first aid, please let us know when you arrive.

All participating choirs are expected to attend all rehearsals in preparation for the closing concert.

The lunch break is one hour and fifteen minutes. There are a number of places to eat in the area. You may also bring a lunch.
